Cucumber Salad Recipes
These 2 cucumber salad recipes are made with a creamy dressing, one is bottled, the other one made with sour cream.
Both recipes are quick and easy to prepare.
You can use regular, English or small Libanese cucumbers for these recipes.
Quick Cucumber Salad
What you need
- 1 large cucumber
- bottle of creamy cucumber salad dressing
What to do
Peel and cut cucumber in thin slices
Add to a bowl
Pour salad dressing enough but not too much
Salt and pepper to taste
Refrigerate for 30 minutes
Creamy Cucumber Salad
What you need
- 1 large cucumber or long English cucumber
- 1 green onion, chopped finely
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
What to do
Thinly slice the cucumber
Mix together with other ingredients and chill.
