Well darn, I've been doing it the wrong way all these years...I don't use salt in my boiling water...I break the long shape pasta before I deposit it in the pot...I add a bit of oil in the boiling water to prevent spilling over...and I rinse it when it's cooked.
OK, ok, it's never too late to learn new tricks.
