Pork in Mustard Sauce
This pork in mustard sauce is an easy pork recipe and the sauce is heavenly, so make sure you double or triple it.
It is a quick and easy recipe, prepared in probably under 30 minutes, and would be delicious served with garlic mashed potatoes and buttered carrots.

Pork in Mustard Sauce
What you need
- 2 lbs pork tenderloin
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 tbsp green peppercorns, drained
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 3 tbsp white wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
What to do
Slice tenderloin into 1/3 inch thick pieces. Spread half of mustard on one side of slices.
Heat oil in a large skillet. Quickly sauté meat on both sides, until light brown. Remove from pan and keep warm.
Add butter and peppercorns to pan and crush with a wooden spoon. Add remaining mustard and mix well.
Sir in cream and wine. Bring to a boil and cook for about 1 minute.
Return pork to pan and heat through.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
